Original sales receipt must accompany all returns. Wild About Carts accepts returns for a refund 14 calendar days after delivery of the product. Items MUST be in " new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, Unaltered and unused condition is:

- Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

-Un installed, once installation is attempted, there is no returning the item and it is considered used. We recommend to look over instructions and make sure it is what you need prior to attempting to install.

-Within 14 calendar days of delivery date. After 14 days no returns are allowed.

-Must not be a special order, custom order, international shipment or a freight order.


If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Wild About carts immediately. Items that are defective and shipped by us or items that you did not order but received from Wild About Carts will qualify for exchange or refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of the item(s) once we receive it, There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not damaged.

Again, you MUST contact Wild About Carts within 14 days if you intend to return Any item back to our store. Items returned after 14 days without contacting us will not be refunded. and item will be disposed of. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not a fault.


Cancellation Policy: 

 Cancellations for any reason are subject to an 8% cancellation fee




All Freight purchases must be checked at time of delivery or When picked up from terminal for damages. No damage claims will be accepted if the delivery is signed for. Damaged items must be refused and sent back at time of delivery or pick up.


 Please note, undeliverable freight orders are subject to a $150 restocking fee plus the cost of original shipping.
