Shipping Policy:

This is a special order product that ships via freight commercial truck and can take up to 10 business days to ship. $200 additional Shipping to residence or customer can do a terminal pick up at freight companies local terminal at no additional cost. The freight company will need to contact you to arrange delivery. Once the freight company has the product, the delivery time depends upon communication between you and the freight company. Please provide a valid phone number for them to contact you. We will forward you the shipper and tracking number if you decide to call them to set up an appointment for delivery. This item may incur additional shipping charges to certain areas, residential addresses or if a lift gate is required. The freight company will bill you directly if this is the case.

Payment Policy:

Once payment is made your order will be processed and cannot be canceled, as they are made to order, any cancellations prior to shipping will be 20% cancellation fee and no returns once it is shipped.
